Great
We had a very good experience. Punctual pick-up at the hotel, short waiting time at the airfield with coffee, tea, and croissants, excellent balloon flight reaching 1,450 metres with Wafia as pilot, nice berber breakfast, after that short camel ride and 4 hours after the beginning, back to the hotel.
Reasonable price for what we got.

A magical flight
The early start was worth it. The cinnamon coffee and croissants on arrival were a nice touch. Watching the balloons inflate as the day started to light was magical and really built on the excitement.
Our pilot was very skilled in flight and had a great sense of humour and a good taste in music. We had the most perfect flight. (At the end of our flight another bunch of guests got in when the sun was already up therefore not really getting the same experience – it’s worth the early start).
Moroccan Berber breakfasts are very carbohydrate heavy so the mint tea was very much appreciated. Very good service by the team.
A short camel ‘train’ ride through a little oasis of palms was a nice way to end the trip; the camels appeared well looked after but it did feel rather touristy.

First time in a Hot Air balloon
First time in a hot air balloon for the both of us. The service was great and the staff was very attentive and funny. All the services of hot air balloon, food and camel ride were great. My only complaint was that we were flying thru the clouds and was afraid of crashing against other balloons..

Great experience
great experience, lovely views and well organised – the hot air balloon ride was something else but the other parts were also good. Our pilot Wafia was brilliant too! Would recommend to anyone.

10/10 experience. Beautiful, magical, suuper tasty breakfast. Reda was an amazing guide! What an awesome, kind and knowledgeable person. Amazing music and tips. Wafia was a great pilot too! Super friendly and had a great playlist.

Beautiful sunrise balloon ride!
This was a great experience and we had a wonderful lady pilot who looked after us well. Had to ring the company the day before for some information but it all worked out well and as expected. Would recommend to do.

Great for a couple
The early start and bleary eyed pickup from the hotel in a 4×4 by Yusef was well worth it, excellent service and friendly people throughout – most beautiful views and entertaining pilot Hassan made it a fantastic experience.
Looked after throughout by a really skilled team. Plenty of food coffee / tea, great facilities at the takeoff point with a traditional breakfast in a strumming tent.

Unbelievable Experience
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when my wife and I decided (very reluctantly)to try hot air ballooning over Marrakesh. From the early morning start being collected from our hotel to racing to meet the 2nd ride of the day with our balloon pilot Antoine(aka Tom Cruise) we had a great time. The ride was smooth and relaxing even though we reached over 1km into the beautiful sunny sky. They was never a time we didn’t feel safe in Aotoines hands and he perfectly landed the balloon onto the trailer as we descended after 1 hour of flying. We were then taken for a beautiful Berber breakfast closeby before finishing our adventure riding camels on our way back to our hotel. What a day to remember and highly recommended if you ever get the chance.
