Sunrise Balloon Trip
My family and I spent a lovely morning with Saber. He picked us up from our Riad and took us to the Balloon site where we enjoyed a light snack with mint tea and coffee before our ride. The Balloon trip was beautiful and so peaceful.
We watched the full moon set as the sun rose over the Atlas Mountains. The pilot took care to explain all safety measures. Saber met us upon landing and escorted us back to the tent for breakfast and then home. He took excellent care of us-highly recommend Saber and his entire crew!

An amazing experience!
This was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. This was not a cheap outing but every element was well organised starting with a very early pick up, transport out to the desert and coffee, juice and pastries. Then a transfer to the take off point. There are numerous companies using the same location so don’t expect a private experience but it is none the worse for that. The flight was spectacular and, notwithstanding the vagaries of the wind, our pilot manouvered us into amazing spots for a good picture of the sunrise. We landed and transferred back to a lovely Berber breakfast of pastries, olives and mint tea. Then on to the camel ride! This was pretty much as you might expect, basically a donkey ride on camels but with dressing up thrown in! but still fun!

Great fun
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Pick up from hotel (in February) was 6.50am so not too early but imagine in summer it’s a lot earlier. Then coffee & crossonts whilst ballon inflated. 1 hour ballon ride, then breakfast if breads, mint tea & olives. Then camel ride. Got back to hotel about 11.30 ish! Great morning with a lot of activities for the money

Amazing experience In Morocco
Excellent service from door to door. A snack was provided before the flight and a full breakfast after. The guides were all personable and we felt very safe in their hands.

Amazing experience. Try it!
Amazing experience despite a bad start as they forgot to collect us and we missed seeing the sun rise.
Having said that once we were up, the views are stunning, the balloon guide was informative, pointing out the places we were seeing. Feels quiet, safe and like you aren’t moving! He took us lower so that we could feel the difference in heights which was interesting.
Ahmed was friendly and helpful. He had to make a special trip to come and collect us but got us there and sorted Moroccan mint tea, breakfast etc! He added a nice touch by taking photos before we went up. And acting as a guide on our journey there and back.
Hassan did a superb job of taking a video with his drone and his colleague took photos in the basket. He edited it so it’s a wonderful video of memories and some really unique shots. Highly recommend this service. Reasonable price.
It is well organised and the pick up is from your landing spot. Take some sweets/pens/paper book etc as children come to the balloon when it lands. They bring bottles of water if you want to buy some.
Truely a remarkable experience. Try it if you get a chance.

Accessible Hot Air Balloon flight
I am an ambulatory wheelchair user so was a bit concerned about access but needn’t have worried! The driver collected me on time from my hotel & everyone was very accommodating throughout the morning. There was no lift or anything like that to get into the basket but they have big foam blocks the put down and make steps and help you into the basket. They left one of these blocks of foam with me to wedge behind me to keep me upright which was perfect to lean on as I’d never have been able to stand independently for that long. The flight was incredible & my access needs were just accepted and accommodated without any fuss or ‘othering’ my dignity is intact despite needing strangers to physically help me. There was an option of a seat belt of some kind for those less able to steady themselves but I didn’t see or try this as the foam ‘wedge’ did the job brilliantly.

What An Experience
Me and my friends had an excellent experience with Art De Cuivre Travel. Hamada picked us up from near our riad where we set off to camp. After having a quick mint tea and croissant it was time for the flight.
During the flight we encountered breathtaking scenery and a sunrise over the mountains. Once landed we headed back to camp and enjoyed a traditional Morrocan breakfast. After picking up our certificates Hamada arranged a 4×4 for us to head back to the pick up point. Would recommend!

Amazing ride between full moon and sunrise
It was an unforgettable hour in the air with Ciel d’Afrique. We were picked up by car in the early morning by Kamal, who was very friendly and a great driver, so we felt safe and just kept sleeping in the car until we reached the destination at dawn. After a quick snack we were guided to the balloon.
The ballooning equipment was brand new. We were ascending before sunrise, went towards a mountain ridge staying quite close to the ground, then went high up while the sun came up behind the mountains. On the other side behind us there was a full moon – it really was a special experience. Our french pilot Quentin was very experienced and entertaining, and gave super clear instructions. After we had landed safely, we ate breakfast before we were driven back to Marrakech by Kamal. Art De Cuivre Travel is not the cheapest deal you can get, but it is perfectly organised and you feel safe at every minute, so you can truly enjoy the ride.

The best company
One of the best fun times I had thanks to this amazing company with so much experience. Many thanks to the skilled driver Amine who was very nice. We chased all the time skillfully even when we were inside the balloon. Thank you company for it’s great service and professional driver.
