Best day of holiday
Picked up from hotel at agreed time of 09:30. Friendly and informative driver (Lassi?) and clean minibus. 5 of us on tour In total. Stopped first for camel ride. Good fun dressing up in Berber costume and relaxing 20 minute ride. Good photo opportunities. Next was stop to see how Argan oil / products made. Included mint tea and bread with dips. Next was 20 minute stop at local market. Interesting experience wandering round stalls. Several photo stops before arriving at Berber village for walk to waterfall. Different guide (Idris) for walk, who again was very friendly and spoke good English. Fairly easy walk to waterfalls which were quite impressive. Then went higher up to take in surrounding views of Atlas Mountains, another waterfall, mint tea at Idris’ house and then lunch in village. Lunch was nice consisting of 3 courses – salad, chicken tagine, fruit, water – all for 60 Dirham (about £5!). Probably walked for 2 hours but very enjoyable and not too strenuous. Also included 2 stops for mint tea. Returned directly to hotel in approx 1 hr 15 mins. Overall really enjoyed the tour and made a relaxing change of scene from Marrakesh. Would highly recommend.

Great value trip!
We really enjoyed the trip. Our guide, Ibrahim was a lovely person, informative and knowledgable. We did look for a trip without a camel ride, but it was difficult to find, and Ibrahim offered us tea and biscuits and chatted whilst the others in the trip did the ride. Lunch was delicious and vegetarians catered for. I don’t think it would be possible to go up into the mountains without going on one of these trips as the roads are hairy! The walk after lunch to the waterfall was our favourite part. Highly recommend this company.

Best tour guide in Marrakesh
Ibrahim was by far one of the best guides I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best of our tour. He was so knowledgeable and we highly recommend this tour!

Best day tour from Marrakesh
Program of the trip maybe wasn’t very inventive but our guide Potato has made it one of a kind! We can fully recommend this trip – it was full of atractions, amazing food, hospitality and knowledge about actual life of berber people.

Rachid aka Most-Entertaining-Tourguide-Ever
Rachid was a really kind, informative and humble tourguide. Since he grew up in the atlas mountains, he had a lot of interesting and exciting stories to share. We had a lot of fun hiking with him. Very much recommendable 😍

Very nice experience
Joined the group right near our hotel, jumped in a bus and went to a journey. The guide was really interested in us getting knowledge about the country and about the place, told us about some interesting facts and history behind the places we visited and passed by. The guide’s name is Hasan Akdax, nice guy. Overall, so many events and emotions, like we spent a week there, altho, it was a quick run and barely felt tired after it. Thanks again, guys, once in Marrakech we definitely will get in touch again.

Great experience
Family with 2 teenagers – 15 yrs and 12 yrs.Lovely welcoming guide called Mohammed nicknamed ‘Potatoes’.His English was good and he explained about the history of Morocco while on the bus.We stopped at a Berber village , had local breakfast , saw how argan oil is made , cosmetics with natural products sold at an affordable rate but were more genuine compared the products sold at the Souk .Went for a short trek up the lovely Atlas mountains , beautiful views and peaceful.Went to the waterfalls – small one but beautiful to see at the end of a trek.On the way he also took us to his aunt’s house which had a huge open verandah with a beautiful view of the peaks.Had tea there then went down back and Potatoes explained about the house designs and constructions in the mountains- mud and newer ones with concrete. Then had lunch at a restaurant – kids lunch was free and delicious chicken tagine presented in the tagine utensil- costs extra about 7euro each for adults. All together a lovely trip because the guide connected with the local people as he was from the same village.People were very welcoming and the mountains were scenic. Please go with comfortable walking shoes and dress warm.If you cannot walk,do not come and ruin other peoples trip .Highly recommend for families with teenagers or couples.Must also mention Potatoes takes interesting videos for you – like a drone shot.
